My 1st 10 days of Ramadhan in Taiwan

The holy month is in here again... I'm happy I still can meet with Ramadhan and do what Allah told us to do. Find Allah's door of rahmah for this first 10 days of Ramadhan.

As we know that Rasulullah Muhammad SAW ever told in hadist that :

1. First 10 days of Ramadhan is Rahmah. Allah will give us a lot of rahmah for this days, so it is better for us to do many good deeds and leaving ad habits.

2. Second 10 days of Ramadhan is Maghfirah. The days when Allah will give us forgiveness about all of our mistakes if we do Taubah Nasuha. So, It is better for us to do many Tahajud Shalah, dzikr, and ask Allah to forgive us.

3. Last 10 days of Ramadhan is avoidance of hell's fire. Many things we can do in these days especially many praying to Allah, ask forgiveness, and also find Lailatul Qadr, which is a day when Al-Qur'an come to Rasulullah Muhammad SAW. Even we don't know the exact night but we still can try with do Taajud ever night and pray.

So, how about the condition of my first 10 days in Taiwan?

This is my second chance to have Ramadhan in Taiwan. This year... is very hot rather than last year. I don't know why. So, it makes our fasting become harder. But it can't be the reason we didn't do fasting, right? Therefore, most of us will stay at dorm room and do our productive tasks or go to lab, as long as there is AC there. haha

Alhamdulillah... I am very glad that this year we have a lot of good activities, like Sahoor Together, Arabic Study, Qur'an Study, Iftar Together, and Tarawih Jama'ah.

For me... this year's Ramadhan is my point of my start. I want to be better than before.

I know that I've became not a good person before. Many things I've done that maybe not good and I want to ask forgiveness from Allah.

I write this in here, so many people can be witness of my point of change.

I wanna be helpful and valuable for people around me. Not only just be me and do whatever I need to do for myself, but also for another people.

Bismillahirrahmanirahim...
Astaghfirullah...
Alhamdulillah...
Please Allah.give me strength in this Ramadhan...

Travel Pouches for Organized Muslim (Travel Series)

Today's post is all about pouches that I use for travelling and what's inside those pouches. As a Muslim, we have to keep all our things clean. Because Allah love everything clean. Not only our body but also our stuff. That's why since last year I started to organize my stuff for travelling, so they will not going to be dirty or mixed up with everything in my bag.

Now... I will show you what kind of pouch I have for different things when I travel. :)

First... the most important one... don't forget to bring your Al-Qur'an.

I have a small pouch that I use for keeping my Al-Qur'an save. Because sometimes, if I go travel, the day changes so much, rain can make my Qur'an wet. Even if I use water resistant bag, sometimes wet can't be expected.

My friend gave me this Al-Qur'an several years ago and I love this Al-Qur'an so much. Because it has translation (Indonesian translation) and also Tajwid. So, I'm just recite but also study the meaning and tajwid. Therefore, I can improve my understanding of Islam.

Second... the second the most important thing is... Mukenah (I don't know the english of this) or pray clothes for Muslimah and Pray Mat.

I have this small pouch that was given by my mom a year ago. She got this from her friend who went to Taiwan. It is funny that she gave to me who live in Taiwan, now. hahaha

But I like this puch so much because it fits perfectly with my mukena. The material of my mukena is paracute. So, it can be folded until very very small. And it is also cheap if you buy this mukenah in Indonesia. In Taiwan... ohh so expensive. Because the store need to order from Indonesia first. -__-"

Organized Binder for Muslimah (Back to School Series)

Recently I have a project during this summer vacation to make a good planner and binder organization for Muslimah who are students. Why not muslim brother? Actually it can be used, but... it's kinda pinky and girly things. haha But the methods, I hope all of us can use it.

I did some research about how to make organized binder for students, especially muslimah that have a lot of things to handle in the bag for example like papers, books, pencils, pray mat, mukena, Al-Qur'an, books, and other. Therefore, I tried to make a simple binder that includes all people need to organizing papers. For other thing, I will tell you in other posts. :)

So... when I choose a binder, I will try to find something that cute (so i will be happy to use it), enough for many papers, and have pouch or pocket. My binder looks like this. Pink with soft cover and I can put my name with green paper in the right side. The size is for A4 papers, therefore it is bigger than A4. I choose this size because i know that in school, teachers will give us papers in A4 sized papers.

This binder looks like ordinary binder. But I make it different for students. :)

I have a pocket in the left side when the binder is opened and I used it for my name card, so if this binder lost, someone can return this to me with the information in the card.

Then...sometimes...for girls....having a lot of things to do and organized are overwhelmed. Papers with many different purposes make us feel like... don't know what to do. Especially when we try to find specific papers. So, I used this dividers and color coded it. Actually the first I buy this dividers, the color is not like that. The colors are only green and white. But because I want to color coded it, I used my sticky-notes and decorated tape and make it looks more beautiful. haha

I have several categories in my binder, such as important files (but not the most important, i will tell you later), research notes (for labs and classes), conference, thesis, papers, households, notes, blogs, schedules, and stickers.
